did you hear etta james goin after beyonce for singing “at last” at the neighborhood ball for obama? she’s kinda psycho… here’s the audio of etta mouthin off about her (AND dissin obama)…
i understand where etta’s comin from. to a certain extent. yea, it’s “her” song, but, after singing it in “cadillac records” and at the ball, beyonce has sort of revived it… so much so that hoover, the vacuum company, used the song in a commercial of theirs. and they used the etta james version. ouch. is she gonna be pissed off once again that the song was used “without her permission” (even though she doesn’t own it)? or maybe she WAS okay with it… maybe she likes vacuums more than she likes beyonce… hmm.

i very much enjoyed watching my brother play the game “half-life 2”. and even though i don’t understand half of what actually goes on in the game (i don’t know anything about the first “half-life” game), i can’t wait for the next game to come out. this video is a live-action adaptation of the game. and if it was a real movie, i would definitely go see it. cuz this looks HOT! chan =D
